Bethany French – Licensed Massage Therapist

I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2006 and a Reiki master since 2018. During my years as a therapist I have learned that massage is an integral part of self care and optimum body performance. I specialize in treatment related therapies and energy work.

I decided to pursue massage as a career in order to bring positive touch to people who are in need of compassionate and holistic care. It gives me a sense of purpose to help people recover and thrive after they have experienced set backs in their health and wellness.

In my off time, I am working toward my Master of Public Health. I have a bachelors in Health Psychology and believe strongly in the mind/body connection. Our behaviors and attitudes toward health and wellness play a huge role in living a full and happy life.
